Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in compiling and organizing tender documents
- Ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information
- Maintain a database of tender-related documents
- Help meet submission deadlines
- Proofread and format bid documents
- Assist in preparing presentations for bid proposals
- Manage correspondence related to tenders and bids
- Keep track of ongoing and upcoming tender opportunities
- Support the tender team with administrative tasks
الشروط والمهارات:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a tender/bid environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of tender processes and documentation (preferred)
Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
