Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and hiring processes, managing personnel records and employee benefits, training and development of employees, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role requires managing staff at multiple locations in Riyadh and the following main points:
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
Handle multiple departmental tasks
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with heads of departments and other assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Perform complex tasks and subtasks leading to project completion
- Work in team to achieve the desired result

Experience in human resources management and labor laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple locations and staff management
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus
