- Supervise staff in monitoring all process parameter and conformity of finished products to specifications.
- Review process control checklists and submit reports to Quality Manager for review
- Specification review according to process updates
- Collaborate with other departments regarding any quality related issues
- Implement and verify HACCP plans, Quality Manual, Recall program, traceability drills, product coding, labeling and tagging system, continuous improvements, 5S, GMP and hygiene compliance
- Prepare and review quality related reports and submit to Quality Manager on a scheduled basis
- Analyze & review customer and consumer complaints, non-conformities and feedbacks and conduct the investigation for root cause, CAPA implementation review
- Plan QC staff work duty schedule and responsibilities
- Prepare purchase requisitions for all quality related needed resources
- Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits
- Monthly inventory for lab items
- Follow the testing plans

Degree in Food Science, B.S. Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from an accredited University
Experience in similar position and food industry of 4 - 5 years
