Job Overview:
- The purpose of this role is to provide all the setting out and surveying requirements of the site and the business. You will report directly to the Site/Projects Manager for your duties as well as the Contracts Manager for the projects you will be required to work on.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• For accurately setting out the works on site.
• Maintaining up to date information for the project, recording locations of testing and record keeping of site activities as required and all projects
• Technical knowledge and experience in business standards practices.
• Understand technical information, standards, plans, sections...etc.
• Resolving any unexpected engineering problems
• Proper and close supervision of daily activities in project to maintain production, quality and safety.
• Stockpile measurements and safe inventory of materials & tools.
• Monitor and evaluatee sub-contractor‘s work in terms of quality and company standards
• Coordinating site drawings and obtaining client approval for all company document as measurement sheet, flood tests, handovers...etc.
• Develop strong relationships with sub-contractors to deliver the desired outputs—on time and on budget, with high attention to quality and detail
• Maintain site records and quality assurance documentation

Diploma degree in Civil Engineering preferred
Minimum of 1-3 years’ work experience
An ability to achieve production and quality targets
To have good spoken and written communication skills
be able to co-ordinate a number of different projects at the same time
good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team
be willing to accept responsibility for completing designated tasks
