- Responsible for managing all exhibition affairs throughout the various stages, starting with developing a work plan within the exhibition and distributing tasks, followed by specifying requirements and following up with suppliers regarding the required products and their receipt, and finally following up on sales rates and preparing periodic reports about them. In addition, a large part of the exhibition manager’s duties is related to follow-up. With the marketing and customer management team and reviewing the marketing and sales plans and strategies, the exhibition manager performs all these roles to ensure that the movement of sales activity is going well in its desired and planned form
