- Accounting Standards: Establishes and implements budgeting methods, reporting tools and standards and continuously improves the financial planning process to meet the highest Accounting standards.
- Cost Analysis: Provides accurate and up to date product cost information to maintain product price at a level that achieves the target profitability.
- Reports: Prepares, circulates, and presents to management Daily/ monthly and quarterly executive report on business performance against the set standards including in-depth analysis, areas of potential risk and recommendations to remedy any possible deviation from budget achievement.
- Present all financial key metrics incl. rent, commercial terms with the landlord, members, churn, and dynamic pricing matrix to higher manager
- Decision Making: Undertakes Top Management assignments to conduct cost-revenue impact analyses and sensitivity models related to existing/ planned initiatives to aid decision making.
- Budget: Reviews the contracts relating to Capital Expenditure projects to confirm adherence to the agreed budgets.
- Financial Forecasting: Prepare Monthly P&L Forecast for all branches to ensure alignment as against plan, Prepare Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Forecast.
- Financial Study: Provide / develop financial study for short/ Long term decision making whenever needed.
- Market Analysis: Conducts comparative analysis against market benchmarks/ best practice ratios and provides the Finance manager with indicators of short/ long term business performance.
Engage with the Master Franchise with the model to seek guidance on how the numbers work in the KSA market (includes key metrics incl. rent, commercial terms with the landlord, members, pricing, churn etc)
- Strategic Planning: Develops, maintains and monitors progress towards financial plans, assesses the feasibility of prospected schemes/ programs and provides recommendations to ensure achievement of the planned profitability.
- Business Objectives: Sets targets/ budgets for his department, manages activities according to priorities, selects/ develops his subordinates, appraises their performance and motivates them to meet business objectives.
- Assist in any financial due diligence requirements being conducted for the new location, and communicate with all internal stakeholders
