- The Stakeholder coordinator represents the SEVEN Program 5 project team externally with public authorities, regulators and third parties. The Stakeholder coordinator provides regular updates to the Project Director, manages their expectations and requirements and responds to stakeholder requests, questions and issues regarding the project.
• Build and maintain a network of industry partners, public authorities, government and key decision makers who will help facilitate the successful build of the project.
• Develop and maintain an effective stakeholder communication plan.
• Facilitate communication with external stakeholders and peers.
• Facilitate technical transparency between authorities on matters which may have a direct affect on the development of Project Policies .
Stakeholder Coordinator
• Resolve any critical physical interface issues between the Project infrastructure and existing utilities by facilitating effective working relationships between Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), the National Water Company , the telecom operators etc.
• Partner with key Traffic Stakeholders including the Civil Defense, Municipality and the Ministry of Interior to achieve successful traffic coordination.
• Monitor current and emerging stakeholder issues and trends, legal precedents and changes in the regulatory environment (political, social, environmental and industrial) and develop and implement strategies to resolve any new circumstances that may affect successful project completion.
• Due to the vital and sensitive nature of the project/stakeholder relationship, candidates for this position must be available and on call 24/7 to resolve any urgent issues that may arise.
