Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating the Sales champion league.
• Initiate the mystery shopper program .
• Collaborate with sales department on the development plan.
• Ensure a cohesive approach to customer experience and address customer needs
• Engage with customers through various communication channels to provide CX insight
• Maintain records of customer interactions, Including details of inquiries, resolutions
• Assist in analyzing and mapping out the customer journey.
• Assist in conducting the company CX Goals and Objectives.
• Ensure all departments are aligned with the company’s CX goals and objectives.
• Manage training attendance records and track the completion of training activities.
• Assist in customer Segmentation.
• Assist in identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing processes and work on streamlining theme to enhance customer satisfaction
• maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.
• Perform any other duties assigned to him
